Performance
If the photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, illness, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, then photographer shall give a full refund or reschedule the portrait session. The client shall not have any further liability with respect to the agreement.
Copyright
JTLW Photography / JTLW Design owns the copyright to all images. It is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce photographs or digital images created by JTLW Photography / JTLW Design. By doing so you are devaluing my work as an artist. Appropriate fines allowed by law will be assessed for copyright infringement.
Booking your Session
Your booking fee is due at time of scheduling. If payment is not received within three business days, your session will be cancelled. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for rescheduling a session, except for weddings, which require thirty (30) days notice. If the photographer is unable to accomodate your new schedule, you will lose your booking fee. If cancelled outside of the required timelines, you forfeit 50% of the total package price, which is due upon cancellation.
Ordering your prints
Your online proofing gallery will be ready within two weeks following your session. You will have fourteen (14) days to order your prints and special products. I can provide an ordering session to assist you with choosing your photos and completing your order.
Reprints
Reprints can be ordered at any time within one (1) year of your session. You must contact me to order reprints. Initial print order must be completed before an additional print request can be made.
